Boozy Blackberry/Raspberry Cobbler

This is a poem in a baking dish.

Here's what the baker/photographer has to say:

"This pie/cobbler construction took three hours to make. Three woven layers of crust (bottom, middle, top) pre-baked. 24 oz. of blackberries and 12oz. of raspberries soaked for a couple of hours in a cup of peach schnaps, then drained. The sauce was then reduced, thickened, and poured back over them, with a layer over the bottom woven layer of crust. Then the second baked woven layer of crust was installed and the second layer of berries and sauce added. The third slightly baked woven layer of crust was laid over the top, brushed with sweet cream butter and baked.

Finally white chocolate was finely grated over the top. Served with a French vanilla bean ice cream with a splash of peach schnaps."
