On a short visit to Talkeetna (I totally recommend it), we had lunch at a great little place called West Rib Pub & Grill.
I had the Bou Burger (that's caribou),
and my daughter and husband has the Reindeer Chili.
What's fun is to read the walls int his place. Pity we didn't sign our names, but maybe next time!
