"i've been in the mood for warm stuffed meals lately.
these are stuffed mushrooms. peeled the mushrooms and removed the stems, poked some holes in the bottom for the moisture to escape, filled with (pre-pan-fried) onions, yellow bell peppers, feta, and some light cream cheese (not much) then topped with a little smoked gouda. baked on a roasting pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. they were amazing. i want them all the time now"
